About CampusBook
601Do I need to install anything?
No. CampusBook opens in any browser at app.campusbook.org, and can be added to a phone's home screen like an app.
02Does it work on a phone?
Yes, on Android and iPhone, and on Windows and Mac computers.
03My staff are not used to computers.
The daily sheet is one page. The whole app switches to Urdu with one button, and we train your team during the free months.
04Does it replace my head-office system?
No. Your head-office portal stays as it is. CampusBook checks your campus figures against it (eSM for UNIQUE (UGI), Campus Manager for STARS, SAMS for STEP, and the KIPS head-office system), so differences show up the same day.
05What if the internet goes down?
CampusBook needs an internet connection. The day stays open until it is locked, so entries can be added when the connection is back, up to 2 pm the next day. Mobile data on a phone is enough.
06Can an entry be changed later?
Only while the day is open. After locking, only the Director can reopen a day, and the reason is saved in the activity log.
Price and trial
501How much does it cost?
Rs 20,000 per wing per month, tax included. A campus with both morning school and evening academy pays Rs 40,000.
02Do you give a discount for several campuses?
Yes: 5% off for 2 campuses, 10% for 3 to 4, and 15% for 5 or more, on one monthly invoice.
03What happens after the two free months?
We review it together in month three. If you continue, billing starts that month, monthly in advance. If not, nothing is charged.
04How do I pay?
By online transfer to the CampusBook account, monthly in advance, from month three.
05Can I stop later?
Yes. There is no minimum term after the free months. Give 30 days' notice on WhatsApp; fees already paid are not refunded.
Setup, support and data
401How long does setup take?
One visit, once your heads, counters, staff names and opening balance are ready.
02How do I get help?

03Who can see my data?
Only your own staff, each by role. Each school group is kept separate.
04What happens to my data if I stop?
It belongs to your school. You can print or download your statements during the notice period, and the account stays read-only for 60 days before it is deleted, with written confirmation.
