Terms of service

These terms cover the CampusBook subscription for school campuses. Last updated 22 October 2026.

1. The service

CampusBook is an online daily cash register and accounts system for school campuses, available at app.campusbook.org. Each school group gets its own space with its own campuses, users and records.

2. Price

Rs 20,000 per wing per month, tax included. A campus that runs both the morning school and the evening academy pays Rs 40,000 per month.

Owners with several campuses on one monthly invoice receive 5% off for 2 campuses, 10% off for 3 to 4 campuses, and 15% off for 5 or more, as long as invoices are paid on time.

3. Free trial

The first two months of use for a new campus are free. There is no setup fee and nothing is paid in advance. In month three we review the service together. Billing starts only if the school chooses to continue.

4. Billing and payment

From month three, CampusBook is billed monthly in advance. The invoice is issued on the 1st of the month and is due by the 7th, paid by online transfer to the CampusBook account.

5. Late payment

A reminder is sent on the 8th. After 7 days' grace the account becomes read-only from the 15th: records can be viewed but no new entries can be made. If payment is still not received by the 30th, access is paused. Full access returns as soon as payment arrives.

6. Stopping the service

There is no minimum term after the free months. To stop, the Director gives 30 days' notice on WhatsApp to 0322 8098077. The service continues until the notice period ends. Fees already paid are not refunded.

7. Your data

The data entered by your school belongs to your school. During the notice period you can print or download your statements. After the service ends, the account stays read-only for 60 days, and is then deleted, with written confirmation.

8. Support

WhatsApp support is available 24 hours a day on 0322 8098077. Setup, staff training and updates are included in the subscription.

9. Your responsibilities

Keep staff logins private, give each person their own login, and remove access for staff who leave. The school is responsible for the accuracy of the figures its staff enter.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms or the price change, we will tell each Director on WhatsApp at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
