How CampusBook handles information on this website and in the app. Last updated 22 October 2026.

This website

campusbook.org does not use cookies, advertising trackers, analytics scripts or forms, and nothing is stored on your device. Like any website, our server keeps a standard access log (the page requested, the time, the browser type and the IP address). We use it only to count visits, see which pages are read and keep the site secure, and it is deleted after 90 days. We also use Google Search Console, which tells us which Google searches led people to the site, without placing anything on your device. When you tap a WhatsApp or call button, your phone opens WhatsApp or the dialer; from then on WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

The CampusBook app

The app at app.campusbook.org stores what your school's staff enter: fee collections, expenses and bill photos, bank deposits and statements, salaries, staff advances, approvals, and the names, roles and phone numbers of your staff users.

Who can see it

Only your own staff, each according to their role. The Director sees every campus of the school group; principals and accountants see what their role needs. Each school group's data is kept separate from every other school. The CampusBook team accesses your data only to set up, support or fix the service for you.

How it is protected

Every page is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Each person signs in with their own login, and every edit, reopen and approval is recorded with a name and time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Where your campus is connected to its head-office system (eSM, Campus Manager, SAMS or the KIPS head-office system), CampusBook reads figures from it to check your daily sheet.

How long it is kept

While you use CampusBook, your records are kept. If you stop, the account stays read-only for 60 days so you can print or download your statements, and is then deleted, with written confirmation.
